Pullover
Are you having trouble learning how to do a pullover? Do you need some practice drills to improve your pullover? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this class is for you! During our 1 hour class, participants will have the opportunity to work with coaches and equipment on drills and conditioning for pullovers.
Taste of Performance

Do you love to tumble, dance and perform? Come to our 1 hour "Taste of Performance" workshop for a chance to see what it's like to be in our Performance program. In this hour, you will learn basic tumbling, partner acrobatic tricks, and even a short piece of choreography. If you think you would like to be a part of our Performance program in the future, here is your chance to get a taste of what it's like!

 

Prerequisite: CanGym Badge 5+ (Purple+) class or CanJump Level 5+ class, Acro Level 7+, InterClub, and Teen.

Cartwheel
Would you like to learn how to do a cartwheel, practice drills to improve your cartwheel, or perfect your cartwheel form? During this 1 hour class, participants will have the opportunity to work with coaches and equipment on drills and conditioning.
Front Handspring
If you are interested in learning how to do a front handspring, this class is for you! For one hour, participants will work on drills and exercises to build the body awareness, power, and strength necessary to spring from their hands to their feet. This class is also a great opportunity for participants with experience working on front handsprings to practice and perfect this skill.

Prerequisite:  You must be in CanGym Badge 5+ (Purple+) class or CanJump Level 5+ class.

Back Handspring
This 1 hour class is an excellent opportunity to learn, practice, or perfect your back handspring. With the help of coaches and equipment, participants will work on developing the strength and flexibility necessary to spring backwards from their hands to their feet. Coaches will assist participants in learning correct form and technique.

Prerequisite: You must be in CanGym Badge 5+ (Purple+) class or CanJump Level 5+ class.

Side Aerial
Would you like to learn how to turn your cartwheel into an aerial? Are you interested in practicing your aerial with the assistance of coaches and equipment? Would you like to perfect your aerial form and technique? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this class is for you! For 1 hour, participants will work on all things related to the side aerial.

Prerequisite:  You must be in CanGym Badge 5+ (Purple+) class or CanJump Level 5+ class.

Front Aerial

Are you a gymnast or dancer and would like to learn, practice, or perfect your front aerial? During this 1 hour class, participants will work on various drills and exercises to build the strength, flexibility, and coordination to perform a front aerial.

Prerequisite:  You must be in CanGym Badge 5+ (Purple+) class or CanJump Level 5+ class.


Walkover 
Would you like to take your back bending to a new level? If you are able to hold yourself up in a back bridge and would like to learn how to do a front and/or a back walkover, come join us for this 1 hour class. Participants will work on building the strength, flexibility, and coordination necessary to do walkovers and will be given the opportunity to practice and perfect their technique and form.
Handstand
The handstand is a fundamental skill in gymnastics. If you would like to learn, practice, or perfect balancing upside down on your hands, this 1 hour class is for you! Throughout the class, participants will work on various drills and exercises to develop the flexibility, balance, and strength needed to do a handstand.
