Pre-Competitive Programs
Men's Artistic
The SUPERKIDS Program is designed to develop and prepare young boys for the competitive program. We believe that the early developmental stages of gymnastics are an integral part in becoming a high level gymnast. Many life skills such as self esteem, confidence, time management, strength, flexibility, and overcoming challenges are just a few that we strive for.

The main expectations of SuperKids are safety, discipline, respect, trust and a willingness to learn and try new things. Expectations will increase as the week's progress. At the end of each session the boys will be reviewed on whether or not these expectations were met. After each session the Men's Program will review all the boys who have completed the session to see what the next step should be for each individual athlete.

Trampoline & Tumbling
TUMBLE STARS is an entry level class in the Competitive Trampoline and Tumbling Program. This co-ed class is designed to recruit future competitive athletes. If your child loves to bounce, tumble, climb, and roll, are daring, fast and strong, or if they are ready for more precise instruction on technique and form, this class will be perfect!

Women's Artistic
MIGHTY MITES is designed for little gymnasts that show a keen gymnastics attitude and demonstrate athletic qualities such as flexibility, strength and co-ordination. The rules of the gym and proper gym etiquette is also introduced to these little gymnasts as this program may  become a stepping stone into the girls pre-competitive/developmental program in the future. Mighty Mites will run twice a week to encourage skill retention and will focus on a more technical aspect of skill development. 

We would like to give you a few friendly reminders that you should be aware of:

  • Parents and/or siblings are not allowed out onto the gym floor or dance studio during class.
  • For obvious safety reasons, please refrain from yelling, waving or distracting your daughter during class.
  • If you need to talk to your daughter’s coach, please do so before or after practice, not during the class.
  • If you need to get a message to your daughter, please go through the office and they will in turn let the coach know.

Please respect the coach and gym rules at all times.
