This program offers a learning experience based on individual skill sets, and assisting in the transition from parented sport involvement to individual experience. Hot Shot classes work on all gymnastics events to create a sense of achievement, personal growth, physical growth, coordination, and sense of belonging within a group environment. Our creative classes will motivate the whole child to excel in the way they act, move, think and feel. Curriculum based learning is taught through the use of a structured program and specific lesson plans, that are structured to learn necessary basics and safety before transitioning into advanced skills.
KinderGym (4 - 6.5 years)

This program offers a learning experience based on individual skill sets. Kindergym classes work on all gymnastics events including vault, bars, beam, floor and so much more!. Curriculum based learning is taught through the use of a structured program and specific lesson plans, that are structured to learn necessary basics and safety before transitioning into advanced skills.
The program will also assist your child to develop social skills, self-esteem, commitment and a sense of achievement in a fun, friendly and safe environment. Our creative classes will motivate the whole child to excel in the way they act, move, think and feel.
