About Us
The Calgary Gymnastics Centre has been introducing Calgarians to the sport of gymnastics for over 50 years.
We know that gymnastics is the foundation of movement and includes all of the ABC’s that your child needs: agility, balance, coordination, and speed. These are important building blocks of physical literacy that will help every child be safe and confident in gymnastics or any other sport or activity they choose.

Our Programs
Gymnastics For All

There is a class for everyone in our Gymnastics For All program! For ages 6 months to adult, instructional hours range from 45 minutes for our youngest participants to 12 hours per week for higher-level, Xcel athletes.

Competitive

We offer three competitive disciplines: Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, Men’s Artistic Gymnastics, and Trampoline and Tumbling. Entry into our competitive programs is by tryout and invitation. Most competitive athletes begin in our Active Start program before attending a tryout.

Experience gymnastics for the first time; practice and progress skills to achieve new goals; or come party and celebrate with us. We offer plenty of opportunities to get involved in the sport of gymnastics.
