Workshops provide an opportunity to focus and expand your learning as you work with coaches on a specific apparatus or skill.

Skills & Drills

Our team of coaches will support your child as they learn, practice, and progress their gymnastics skills on a variety of equipment. 

These 1-hour workshops consist of a warm up, conditioning, and a variety of developmental drills aimed to improve strength, flexibility, and technique. 

Skill options will vary, but often include some of these popular skills: pullover; back-hip circle; handstand; cartwheel; walkovers; handsprings; aerials; kips.

These 1-hour classes are a great opportunity for athletes to spend 1:1 dedicated time with a coach, focusing on specific skills that they are looking to learn and improve on. With the guidance of a coach, athletes will have access to a variety of equipment in the gym to work on their desired skills.
