Looking to improve your acro elements for dance? This is an ideal class for aspiring dancers. Here you will work to perfect advance dance skills, aerials, walkovers and tumbling while developing strength and active flexibility. The class naturally progresses through skills at the athlete’s pace and is a great benefit to all who are involved!
